Maintenance

A&H Services offer preventative maintenance to keep your home comfortable and ensure your system runs smoothly.

System Maintenance
From 1 to 6 systems

  • Check condenser coil for obstruction causing airflow issues and aluminum fin degradation

  • Check evaporator coil for airflow obstruction (plugged with dirt) causing poor system performance

  • Check refrigerant operating pressures, measure subcooling and superheat

  • Check thermostat calibration

  • Check electrical connections for looseness and hotspots.

  • Check motor amp ratings

  • Vacuum condensate drain line

  • Replace filter (supplied by customer)

  • Check compressor starting capabilities

  • Check heater (pre winter checkup)

  • Check air temperature differentials

  • Test float switches 

  • Check txv (thermostatic expansion valve if applicable

Drain Maintenance
Preventative

  • Vacuum, blowout, & chemically clean drain and/or condensate pump

  • Drain & filter maintenance

  • Perform drain maintenance and replace filters
